The billboards on Canada's Highway 16 read: Girls, don't hitchhike on the Highway of Tears. Phelps and Kelly head deep into the Canadian wilderness to investigate the mysterious disappearances of over 30 women on this remote highway. Is it one killer, or multiple serial killers? Will it ever be safe again?
