While Steve and Cedric balk at attending, Regina insists Dr. Leland Powell is the smartest man she's ever known. As a result, Steve concludes she has a crush on her old professor. Meanwhile, Bullethead's new ventriloquist's dummy, Arthur, suddenly makes him more popular than Romeo. As Bullethead and Arthur's popularity spirals, Romeo finds it difficult to handle.
