On the heels of that fatal accident, the roommates' top floor apartment must be evacuated. The squatters take them in. Mia is totally devastated. She isn't even allowed to attend Noam’s funeral; his family rejects anything related to his new life. Tom worries about his sister, trying to come up with a way for her to process her grief. He is very troubled by his attraction to Reem.
