The Dog-Gone Affair

On an island near Greece, UNCLE Agent, Mark Slate watches as a Thrush agent tests a new drug by spraying it on some partying villagers. The drug slows them to half speed. If the drug is unleashed on the world, ecomonic chaos would ensue.
